Over the decades, we have honed and developed our processes to ensure we do our utmost to look after all those who work with and for us.
Unlike others claiming to be agencies, we are fully government-regulated and accredited.
We are an officially registered employment agency and as such our team is continually seeking new opportunities for those on our books.
Many others who claim to do the same, charge their models for expensive photography and then simply upload these to a website rather than actively looking for work for them.
No reputable agency – including Models Direct – can ever guarantee to find work for anyone on their books.
Of course, we have huge success placing models in work – after all, this is where our expertise lies – but because we never make the final choice of model for any job, we are careful not to make promises we can’t keep.
So how does modelling with us work?
Firstly, you apply to be a model by filling out a form and sending us your picture.
A team member will then call you to explain more about the process and you have the option of continuing to apply if you wish.
If you do decide to join us, you pay a small admin fee to be with us – this fee is fully redeemable with your first paid model booking with us.
Every day, we receive requests for models from our clients.
We search through our books to find those who meet the right description and are seeking that kind of work.
We then present our clients with a selection of suitable models and they make the final choice.
If you are chosen and would like to accept the assignment then we will tell you where to go, when you need to be there and what to expect.
We ensure we are always on the end of the phone to answer any questions you might have.
After attending the photo or film shoot, we will check in with you to see how it went and to ask you for your feedback.
A few days later you will receive the agreed fee for the job.
